Gérald Lagier has been supporting his clients at every stage of their property projects, from project design through to construction, management and sale of the building, for 25 years. He has particular expertise in construction law and was recognized by the Legal 500 in 2020 as one of the “leading lawyers in the market” in this field. He is also recognized for his experience in commercial leases and property sales.
He holds a postgraduate certificate (DEA) in general private law and a postgraduate degree (DESS) in property and construction law from the University of Paris II-Assas, and was called to the Paris Bar in January 1998. Before forming Aries avocats in 2021, he was involved in the creation of the law firm Alérion in 2003, becoming a partner in 2007.
He is a member of the French association of property legal advisers (AJEDIM) and the French association of construction law (AFDC). He regularly delivers training and courses on construction law.

Aurélie Rebibo was called to the Paris Bar in 2009 and holds a professional Master’s II degree in property law and construction from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
After starting her career with Vincent Canu, a specialist in real estate law, she joined Gérald Lagier’s team in the construction and property department at the law firm Alérion in 2013.
Aurélie supports builders and developers in managing their property developments, and has extensive experience in litigation relating to commercial leases and property sales.
She also teaches construction law on the professional Master’s II course in “Property management” at the University of Paris-Nanterre and is a member of the French association of property legal advisers (AJEDIM).
